How it works

  1. Submit photos and basic details about your collection.
  2. We review the items, condition, market value, and demand.
  3. If it is a good fit, we send a preliminary cash offer, store-credit offer, or both.
  4. Final value is confirmed after in-person review or after approved mail-in items are received and inspected.
  5. Once both sides agree to the final inspected offer, payment or store credit will be issued.

Mail-in policy

Do not mail items unless your submission has been reviewed and approved by Collectivire. Any preliminary offer is an estimate based on the photos and information provided. Final value is determined only after the items are received and inspected.

After inspection, Collectivire may confirm the preliminary offer, adjust the offer, or decline the submission. Reasons may include condition issues, authenticity concerns, missing items, incomplete submissions, market changes, or differences from the original photos.

If you decline the final inspected offer, Collectivire can return your items to you. The seller is responsible for return shipping costs and any requested insurance or signature confirmation. No sale, trade, or transfer of ownership is complete until both parties agree to the final inspected offer.

For approved mail-ins, we recommend using tracked and insured shipping. The seller is responsible for items while they are in transit to Collectivire.

All offers are estimates until final inspection. Collectivire may decline any submission. By submitting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the legal owner of the items offered for sale or trade.
